  • Created menu systems for Word to allow users to quickly select a document template to create new documents or select and launch documents of many kinds such as Visio, PDF, Web URL, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with the integration of document production with document management using PC Docs.
  • Automated Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes E-mail systems (using Object linking and Embedding -OLE, and Data Access Objects -DAO) from Documents for automatic generation and forwarding of Email notifications.
  • Using OLE and DAO with embedded Excel workbooks for transfer to and from Lotus Notes databases.
